Sturm Panzer - SY-001P Stealth Ogre (prototype)
This is the prototype of Stealth Ogre, but it is nearly the same as the production model. The design and the factory were the same but the yo-yo that was made came out different from the maker's planned idea. The purple anodization came out much lighter than expected. Therefore, the maker considers the light purple version to be the prototype, and the expected color (dark purple) to be the production model.
[Other Differences from the Production Model]
- Comes with a stainless axle and 8-ball curved bearing.
The stainless axle is about 1 gram heavier than the original titanium axle. The 8-ball curved bearing's width is slightly narrower than the original 10-ball bearing.
Since both the axle and bearing are stainless, and the non-brand bearing is of slightly lower quality, it may cause some darkening of the bearing. We recommend changing the bearing to a Dif-e-Yo or other high quality bearing.
- The blast is finer than on the production model.
- The pad groove is slightly taller than the production model's.
- The edge and rim are sharper than the production model's.
- The bearing fit is a little loose.
- The hologram sticker on the outside face of the yo-yo has a different shine to it. Also, the logo is missing the lion figure. |
Comes with Sturm Panzer Storybook 1 (A5 size, 28 pages / Japanese Only), polishing cloth, and an emblem sticker.
