The appeal of this looping yo-yo is the easy gap adjustment function that can be done by simply twisting the body.

YoYoJam has finally released a new looping yo-yo to replace their long-selling looping yo-yo "Sunset Trajectory." It's called "Unleashed." It's the signature model of Joseph Harris, the 2008 US 2A champion.
Many of the foundational parts, such as the ability to open and close the body, or the gap adjustment function with a shim (adjustable gap system), and the shape of the body, have been carried over from the Sunset Trajectory. The most surprising aspect is the use of a starburst instead of an O-ring. Up until now, YoYoJam has stubbornly used O-rings even on looping yo-yos, so it is shocking to see them switch to starburst, the response that is so well-known for looping yo-yos. In fact, this is the first time YoYoJam has used a starburst on a looping yo-yo. This may be where the name "Unleashed" comes from.

By tightening or loosening the body, you can easily adjust the strength of the return and the feel of the looping, and it also comes equipped with a Starburst. This is the ultimate in power. This is a yo-yo that you should take your time to adjust and use.

The weight in the detailed specifications is measured for the clear red (foil-stamped cap). The paper cap is about 1 gram lighter, and the weight may vary depending on the production period and the color of the main body, so please be aware of this in advance.

A looping model of YoYoJam.
It is a little heavier than other looping models, and this weight creates a sense of stability when looping.
The gap can be adjusted by opening and closing it, so you can easily adjust the strength of the return, making it suitable for a wide range of people, from those just starting out in looping to those practicing contest-level tricks.
The sleep is also long, so it can be used for the currently popular two-handed tricks that are also called "hit tricks"!
By adjusting the gap with the sim, you can always play with the same gap, making it easier to maintain your preferred feeling.
Another recommended feature is that the bearings are fixed to the body, making it difficult to lose parts.
Another great thing about it is that you can easily change the look to your liking by removing the cap and inserting your own original backing paper inside!
