All yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's inspection. Different manufacturers have different standards for product quality. Basically, products that can be used normally are within the product specifications.

Examples of possible initial defects : If you notice any of the following symptoms immediately after opening the product, it may be due to an initial defect.

  • (Bind model only) The bearing barely turns even when flicked with a finger.
  • Even after calming the vibrations with a rotating middle finger, the yo-yo still vibrates so much that it appears to change shape.
  • Parts that should have been installed (bearings/pads) are not installed

Examples of items that are not considered initial defects

  • Damage to the package
  • Color image difference
  • Bearing noises after playing a few times
  • A yo-yo that was delivered in a properly assembled state, but after being disassembled, could no longer be assembled
  • Scratches and paint chips inside the bearing area
  • The color unevenness of the yo-yo is not noticeable from a distance.
  • Paint chipping that is not visible from a distance
  • Scratches on the yo-yo that are not visible from a distance and are barely noticeable when touched with your fingers

A new world first, the Reverb is the world's first machined delrin plastic looping yo-yo.

The Reverb is the world's first looping yo-yo machined from delrin plastic, brought to you by the delrin magicians at RecRev. There are many other delrin yo-yos out there, but RecRev is the first to machine a looping yo-yo out of it.

The first key point is the smooth velvety texture you get from machined delrin, which immediately gives you a unique feeling when you pick up the Reverb. The Reverb has other features that you don't often find in looping yo-yos. The starburst response pads give an amazing sensation until they're completely worn out, then it comes back to life just by changing out the pads.

Straight out the box, both the yo-yo's response and sleep times are impressive. The Duncan-size groove bearing keeps the string centered, for great sleeper tricks. Among looping yo-yos, flat bearings are certainly not an inferior choice, so you're free to try out any other A-size (Duncan size) bearings to use with your Reverb.

Judging from the specs, the Reverb sits just a little bit smaller than the looping standards set by the YYF Loop900, Yomega Raider and YoYoJam Unleashed. Smaller doesn't necessarily mean harder, so the Reverb actually makes a great throw for players with smaller hands, into which it fits easily.

If you're looking to get serious about looping, the Reverb is a serious yo-yo with all the potential you need to climb the long steps to the winner's platform. With the ability to find your own best setting, the Reverb will have your name echoing down the halls of yo-yo history.
