YoYoFactory - Marco This is Polo Garbkamol's signature model, a bimetal version of the Horizon.
This is the signature model of Polo Garbkamol, who is famous for his striking slack combos, horizontals, and difficult lacerations, especially in the Asian Championships. The Marco is a bimetal version of the Horizon, which was used for his playing style that requires high levels of speed and sleep. Although the shape is classified as "H profile," the actual feel is closer to a "straight shape" in both appearance and use, and although it is a heavy design for a bimetal at about 66g, it features a light and sharp feeling. The width is nearly 4mm wider than the original Horizon, and although the diameter itself is smaller, combined with the shape, it feels quite large when held in the hand.
With all the changes, the Horizon is now a completely different model, and the stainless steel rim is what holds it together. With the stability of the Horizon and the strong sleeve extension typical of a bimetal, it's a powerful yo-yo that you wouldn't expect from a wide model that's over 45mm. While it looks completely different from the original Horizon, it's clear that this model would not have been created if the Horizon hadn't existed.
