Examples of possible initial defects : If you notice any of the following symptoms immediately after opening the product, it may be due to an initial defect.

Even after calming the vibrations with a rotating middle finger, the yo-yo still vibrates so much that it appears to change shape.

Adegle - Formosa v2

A representative yo-yo from Taiwan shares the country's old moniker.

From a land that used to share the name, the Formosa v2 is Adegle's update to the original Formosa. Whereas the original used a D-size bearing and silicone molding for response, the v2 uses a C-size bearing and easily replaceable response pads, for an increase in usability.

At first glance, the Formosa is a far cry from Adegle's sharp and angular Comet. The Formosa's smooth, rounded body eases into a large flat outer rim for a striking appearance, but there's another major point to this design, and that's its body width. Wide bodies are not rare these days, but the Formosa sits in an interesting spot, with a body that is only slightly wider than normal, so as not to bring out any awkward peculiarities that may arise from extreme body shapes. It still fits comfortably in the hand, but the benefits of a wide body are still there.

Additionally, the wide response pad hungrily eats up the string, binding it tightly and giving you intense power with each throw, especially considering its avery body size and weight. The stability and power you get from this design are useful not just for regular play, but also for top-level freestyle performances. That makes the Formosa a great option for intermediate players all the way to the pros.
