This full metal yo-yo is rare among yo-yos in that it is sold for a limited time rather than in limited quantities.
This is a summer limited edition model by Sturm Panzer. The combination of summery flavors...or rather, summery themed coloring and artwork, and the unique name "Chocolate Mint is Not Toothpaste" makes this a wonderful piece. The name is even complete, so don't get confused.
The main body was designed by Susukino, a leading expert in yo-yo mechanics. The design theme given to Susukino was "a yo-yo that is light, small, and turns into ice cream when flipped over," and the round shape allows it to be disassembled and stacked to look like a double chocolate mint ice cream. The bearings are size D, typical of Sturmpanzer, and are small and light, undersized, yet strangely solid and not easily wobbly.
The axle is a special diameter "CP-15 M3.5 Boss Hex Axle" that was custom made to order. This improves strength, makes it harder to break, and improves the durability of the bearing lock. In addition, it has holes for hex wrenches on both sides, making it easier to use.
This product is available only during the summer.
The bearings are CP-06 D9 ball bearings. Please replace at your own risk.
The response pad is the CP-09 Blade Attack Pad (Economy).
The axle is a CP-15 M3.5 Boss hex axle, which can be removed with a commercially available M3 hex wrench.
Regarding rotational vibration, we ship only those products that we judge to be suitable for use. The vibration is a little rougher than our previous monometal products.
Small scratches, stains, color unevenness, processing marks, etc. may occur during the manufacturing, assembly, and shipping processes, but these are part of the product specifications.
