Thinking about new themes in 3A yo-yos, 2009 3A champion and Turning Point owner, Kentaro Kimura, and Jun Aramaki, the original Japanese 3A player, came up with the idea to make a yo-yo with the plastic on the outside. Thus, the Ensemble was born.

Based on the Entangle, you could call the Ensemble its little brother. It's tall for its width, just like its brother, but the big difference is the inclusion of a POM plastic rim weight. This unusual combination makes a yo-yo that is neither full metal nor full plastic, but strangely blends the two playfeels in a way that captures the heart with every catch. It's a very unique feeling.

Unlike a pair of full metal yo-yos, which ring like bells when they collide, the Ensemble deadens the sound, thanks to the POM rings. And although the rings look thick, which may make you think the Ensemble would lack power, there is plenty of metal underneath to make up for the lighter ring material. Even though it has a soft and light catch, the Ensemble also boasts the kind of power and stability you've come to expect from full metal throws. This yo-yo definitely lives up to Turning Point's high performance standards.

POM+Metal, with the advantages of both in full effect, they make a beautiful Ensemble. At first throw you're sure to fall in love with its ultra smooth playfeel, sealed with a soft catch. Even if you only throw one at a time, Ensemble is highly recommended!
