  • As of Jan. 17, 2024, we ended the special shipping option for the US, "USPS via REWIND USA" since a direct shipping option "Small Packet" to the US is back in service.

Small Packet is the cheapest but can take more time and tracking is limited (often tracking stops a week or two after it leaves Japan. They usually under the process behind). Please use EMS or FedEx (recommended) if you are in hurry or worry about the shipping service quality.

If your package is excessively large or your address is out of FedEx's normal delivery area, we will contact you, and an extra shipping charge may be added. Also please be aware that local tax and duty can be levied by your government.

Import Tax / Customs:

All customers outside of Japan are subject to be levied import tax or customs fees. Especially, EU, Israel, and Brazil customers!

You are responsible for paying the import tax and duties levied by YOUR country. This amount is decided by your government, so we cannot tell you how much they will charge in advance.

Please be aware of this potential cost. We cannot accept any returns or cancellations due to issues with Tax and Duties. For more details, please check your government customs web site. It is completely out of our control and we cannot do anything about these kinds of fees.
